How it works
No paper lists, no guessing. Every phone is a tracked record from the moment it reaches our desk until it is back in your hand.
1 · Digital check-in
Our staff capture your details, your phone's brand, model, colour and condition, and take a photo of the device with your consent.
2 · Labelled and locked
Your phone gets a unique reference, a QR-coded label and a numbered charging bay. You receive a digital receipt by SMS.
3 · Monitored charging
Every bay is tracked live. Staff are alerted at 80%, at full charge, and if a cable disconnects.
4 · Verified collection
We match your reference, confirm your name, optionally send a one-time PIN and compare the phone to the check-in photo before release.
Our secure phone-handling process
- Consent first: we only capture your details and a photo of your phone once you have agreed.
- Pre-existing damage is recorded and photographed at check-in, in front of you.
- Each phone is labelled with a unique QR code linking the phone, the record and the charging bay.
- Phones are stored in staffed, access-controlled bays and never left unattended.
- Release requires your reference or collection token, your name and staff confirmation. A one-time PIN can be sent to your alternative number.
- Every action is written to an audit trail: who checked in, who updated, who released.
